Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent product surfaces. You will manage KYC, account opening, activation, and referral mechanics, while aligning with trading product work as part of the onboarding charter.

You will report to the Onboarding squad Lead and drive the roadmap independently. You will work within a regulated consumer fintech context, expanding onboarding to new products and markets, ensuring cohesive journeys

Responsibilities

• Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end.
• Turn onboarding into a growth engine by owning activation, referral, acquisition, and time-to-first-value.
• Instrument and improve the onboarding funnel by identifying drop-offs and shipping interventions.
• Extend the onboarding platform across products and markets, avoiding fragmentation.
• Own a meaningful trading slice by collaborating with the Trading team on onboarding-to-trade flow.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading, adapting plans as regulations and delivery constraints change.
