Job summary

Reap is seeking a senior leader for Financial Crime Operations in Hong Kong to own the onboarding journey from end to end. You will accelerate onboarding, balance risk with client experience, and scale compliance services as repeatable products across regions.

The role requires 8+ years in onboarding and KYB, 2+ years of leadership, and deep knowledge of complex ownership models. You will shape tools, partner with product and engineering, and drive automation to improve velocity.

Qualifications

8+ years in client/onboarding, KYB or lifecycle ops at payments, card issuer, EMI, SaaS or crypto.
2+ years leading a team against SLAs, across regions.

Responsibilities

Own KYB and onboarding outcomes across product lines, measured on speed, quality and client experience.
Run and scale compliance services as products for clients.
Drive automation and AI adoption to reduce manual checks.
Define global onboarding standards and governance across regions.
