Job summary

Codex is seeking a hands-on Head of Client Onboarding to lead onboarding for fintech clients, scale processes, and build automation with Engineering. You will own KYB end-to-end, activate new partners, and shape the future onboarding function as the company scales.

You will partner with Sales, Compliance, and Engineering, driving standards, workflows, and cross-functional processes to ensure fast, compliant client activation while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in client onboarding, KYB, or operations.
• Strong familiarity with corporate KYB including entity structures and documentation.
• Experience owning one-to-many onboarding processes and scaling them.
• Experience working with Engineering on automation and tooling.
• Strong written communication skills, precise and professional.
• Detail-oriented but pragmatic, balancing manual work with automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYB process from initiation to completion and activation.
• Serve as primary operational contact for clients through onboarding.
• Adapt onboarding requirements for new partners and evolving needs.
• Coordinate with Trading Operations on account activation after KYB.
• Document and systematise current onboarding, identify bottlenecks.
• Design roadmaps from manual to automated KYB and define target state.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate issues into product requirements.
• Maintain onboarding workflows, checklists and documentation standards.
