Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Senior Product Integrity Specialist in Hong Kong to lead global maintenance of construction standards, best production practices, and quality benchmarks across product categories and manufacturing locations.

You will mentor junior specialists, collaborate with Design, Product Development, HQ teams, and vendors, and drive continuous improvement through risk assessments, TQRs, and corrective actions. This is an in-person role based in Hong Kong requiring travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in textile/quality/manufacturing.
• 7+ years in apparel manufacturing and quality management.
• Expertise in apparel construction, materials, and global manufacturing practices.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proactive risk management and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations of products during development and advise Design/Product Development teams.
• Attend design initiations, prototype reviews, and seasonal meetings to advise on models, constructions and materials.
• Establish and enforce advanced quality standards across factories in partnership with Quality, Design, Product Development and Production teams.
• Mentor junior specialists and support their technical development.
• Lead vendor capability assessments and training to ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Provide expert guidance on construction methods and quality standards for all product categories.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis of quality data and corrective actions across global manufacturing partners.
