Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Manager – Product Integrity based in Hong Kong to safeguard quality across our global supply chain. You will lead a regional team of Technical Specialists, partner with vendors and factories, and oversee quality standards from concept through bulk production.

You will drive construction quality, implement CTQ standards, and ensure products meet durability and performance expectations for outdoor gear and apparel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in quality, engineering, manufacturing, or textiles.
• 10+ years in apparel/textile manufacturing with 3–5+ years leading technical or quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Asia and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a Hong Kong-based team of Technical Specialists.
• Manage daily operations, mentor staff, and guide career development.
• Build a high-performing team to support Arc’teryx’s scale and growth.
• Support vendor onboarding, audits, and training with QA Manager & Sourcing.
• Collaborate with factories to establish and maintain construction and quality standards.
• Perform risk assessments and approve high-risk models for bulk production readiness.
• Participate in the I2C product creation calendar (design initiations, prototype reviews).
• Review tech packs, DFMs, and prototypes for feasibility and quality.
• Define CTQ standards and oversee pilot runs and TOP evaluations.
• Provide technical expertise, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Materials Quality during prototyping and commercialization.
• Review FG testing reports and ensure compliance with Arc’teryx standards.
• Maintain and update the Quality General Manufacturing Manual annually.
• Define and track KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards to measure vendor performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and workflows.
