Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Manager for Product Integrity to oversee quality assurance for Arc’teryx products in Hong Kong. You will lead a team of Technical Specialists and partner with vendors to maintain high-quality standards.

Your role encompasses ensuring product durability and compliance, as well as continuous improvement of quality systems across the supply chain. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree and possess extensive experience in the textile industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in apparel or textile manufacturing.
• 3-5+ years’ experience managing technical or quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and provide mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with Arc’teryx quality standards.
