Job summary

OKX is seeking a product design professional for its Core team. You will own end-to-end experiences across critical journeys like account, assets, and compliance, designing AI-driven customer and internal tools. You’ll partner with product, eng, legal, and risk to align regulatory constraints with high-quality user experiences.

You will shape design strategy, contribute to roadmaps, and raise the bar on UX through research, prototyping, and rigorous critique across markets and platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
• Experience designing complex, multi-step flows in fintech, crypto, or regulated/high-trust domains.
• Strong collaboration and communication with product, eng, legal, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support.
• Design AI-powered experiences and AI-native internal tools with trust and transparency in mind.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to balance regulatory needs with user experience.
• Produce user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Work in an AI-native way to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making.
• Shape the design vision and influence roadmaps with UX Research and product leadership.
