Job summary

OKX is hiring for a role building Agentic OKDS, OKG’s design intelligence infrastructure and the OS between human intent and AI output. The role spans foundations, components, and templates + AI tooling, focusing on reuse, adoption, and quality across Web, iOS, and Android.

The candidate will craft token architectures, core components, and AI-ready guidance while collaborating with engineers to ensure accessibility and alignment with platform behavior. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering reusable design-system components, patterns, or foundations in a complex digital-product environment.
• Ability to align designers, engineers, and AI-assisted workflows around a single platform.
• Strong design-engineering judgment to improve reuse, adoption, and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Own scoped initiatives across Foundations, Components, or Templates + AI Tooling from research through release and iteration.
• Develop and maintain foundation standards and token architecture for color, spacing, radius, themes, modes, and platform variation.
• Design and evolve core components and reusable business components with clear naming, variants, and architecture.
