Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Hong Kong is seeking a designer for Core to own high-stakes journeys across accounts, assets, compliance, or support, from problem definition to shipped solutions.

You will design AI-powered experiences, work with product, engineering, legal, and risk teams, and produce flows, wireframes, and prototypes backed by research. This role demands translating regulatory and security requirements into a fast, clear user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
• Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
• Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
• Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
• Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership

About the Opportunity

Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with the company: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.

As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight.
