Job summary

Arcesium is a global financial technology firm seeking a proactive Product Consulting Group member. You will be the primary client contact, supporting platform and workflow issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

You will handle front-office workflow topics, including OMS, pre/post-trade compliance,IBOR, and trade capture, while servicing a broad set of asset classes and delivering training to clients.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in financial services, supporting trade lifecycles
• Strong knowledge of front-to-back investment operations workflows (OMS, pre/post-trade, IBOR, position keeping, trade capture)
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to clients
• Experience collaborating with hedge funds, asset managers, or buy/sell-side firms

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong client relationships as the main contact, resolving product and application queries within SLAs
• Provide expert support across front-office workflow including portfolio management, order/execution management, and data flow to middle/back offices
• Serve as SME for asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, funds)
• Resolve operational queries, identify root causes, and escalate complex issues
• Deliver client training on the Arcesium platform and update training materials
• Maintain detailed records of client inquiries to identify patterns and improve service
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and funds
