Job summary

Global Executive Consultants Limited (GlobalExec) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead IT-driven initiatives in fixed income and OTC derivatives. You will own end-to-end lifecycle management for system implementations across global markets.

You will coordinate with overseas business teams, elicit requirements, produce technical and business documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality delivery in a multi-timezone environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Financial Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of experience in FinTech or business analysis.
• In-depth understanding of financial market business; familiar with trading bookkeeping, risk control and end-to-end middle & back-office operations for on-market and off-market fixed income products or various OTC derivatives.
• Experience leading or deeply participating in ground-up implementation or core architecture upgrade of the above business systems is preferred.
• Familiar with Hong Kong RA11 Regulatory Framework is a plus.
• Prior experience in building regulatory compliance, AML systems or account lifecycle management systems is preferred.
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities; able to efficiently decompose requirements and drive resolution in a multi-timezone matrix.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead liaison with overseas business teams following enterprise architecture matrix.
• Take end-to-end ownership of full lifecycle management for system implementations, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Coordinate development resources to deliver compliant, high-value solutions.
• Provide BAU and daily maintenance support for core business systems and optimize support workflows.
• Allocate resources based on project priorities and ensure high-quality delivery across concurrent projects.
