Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement and manage the full process for IT, administration and brand activity materials and services.
• Conduct market research and supplier sourcing to identify qualified suppliers meeting requirements, establish and maintain a qualified supplier database.
• Develop procurement strategies based on requirements and market conditions, determine winning suppliers through bidding, quotation or direct negotiation and negotiate fully with suppliers during bidding and quotation processes.
• Maintain close communication with demand departments, formulate procurement plans based on potential and historical long-term needs, and ensure smooth delivery of requirements.
• Conduct thorough research of the Hong Kong market, proactively source suppliers for historical or potential needs, and build a comprehensive supplier resource library.
• Develop Hong Kong procurement systems and processes based on current Hong Kong business conditions and aligned with group procurement standards.

Job description

Responsible for all procurement work in the company's Hong Kong region, covering IT (software, hardware, cloud services, network security, etc.), administration (office supplies, renovation and property, travel services, etc.) and brand activities (marketing activities, exhibition construction, advertising, public relations, etc.). Coordinate supplier development, commercial negotiations, contract management and cost control to ensure procurement processes are compliant and efficient, supporting business development objectives.

Maintain close communication with demand departments, formulate procurement plans based on potential and historical long-term needs, and ensure smooth delivery of requirements

Conduct thorough research of the Hong Kong market, proactively source suppliers for historical or potential needs, and build a comprehensive supplier resource library

Develop Hong Kong procurement systems and processes based on current Hong Kong business conditions and aligned with group procurement standards

About you

Bachelor's degree or above

Fluent in Cantonese and English

5 or more years of procurement-related work experience

Experience in IT, administration or brand activity procurement preferred

Familiarity with Hong Kong market and supplier resources; experience in multinational or Hong Kong local enterprise procurement preferred

Proficiency in full procurement process management (sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, contract management, supplier evaluation) with in-depth understanding of procurement process systems

Strong commercial negotiation and cost analysis abilities

Strong sense of responsibility, ability to adapt to fast-paced work environment, excellent professional ethics and compliance awareness
