Job summary

Sun Life is hiring to support daily cashiering and premium collection, ensuring accurate processing and excellent client service across advisors and brokers. The role involves AML/compliance, reporting, and driving digital initiatives, including e-payment solutions and Microsoft Copilot usage.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in premium collection or banking/insurance operations, with strong attention to detail and multilingual communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Insurance, or related disciplines.
3–5 years of experience in premium collection, banking or insurance operations.
Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and communication skills.
Willingness to adopt new technologies and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Handle premium collection across multiple payment channels and ensure accuracy of transactions.
Provide professional support to clients, advisors, brokers, and internal stakeholders on payment-related enquiries.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards and conduct data analysis for management reporting.
Support implementation of new payment solutions and process improvements, leveraging digital tools.
