Exclusive Networks is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer in Hong Kong. The role reports to the Line Manager and focuses on designing technical solutions, delivering presentations, and supporting the sales cycle with strong English communication.

You will collaborate with sales teams, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare technical proposals to win deals while showcasing Exclusive Networks' cybersecurity portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities

About the role Directly reports to Line Manager As the Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and align proposed offerings with customer needs.
• Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution workshops to showcase the value and capabilities of the company's products and services.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation while providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to support successful deal.

Qualifications and Experience

About you The ideal Senior Pre-Sales Engineer:

• Tertiary education
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Detail-minded, fast learner, hardworking, aggressive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and collaborate with others as a team
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English
