Job summary

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive customer ICT projects. The candidate will lead the end-to-end project cycles including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and completion as well as ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing change, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Your Role:

Define project goals, scope, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans and budgets.

Oversee implementation of the project ensuring requirement met.

Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution.

Coordinate with internal and external teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

To Succeed in this Role :

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT project management, successfully delivering ICT/software development projects across the full project lifecycle.

Strong hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).

Solid understanding of system architecture, enterprise IT infrastructure, and modern software development practices to bridge business needs and technical teams.

Demonstrated capability in managing cross-functional technical teams, third-party vendors, and internal business stakeholders.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
