Job summary

CITIC Securities International Company Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery of Commodities Options technology initiatives in a fast-paced front-office environment. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, owning requirements analysis, solution design, and end-to-end delivery across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of technology project delivery experience, preferably in investment banking or capital markets.
• Proven experience delivering front-office tech initiatives and trading platforms.
• Knowledge of OTC derivatives and Commodities Options preferred.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Solid SDLC, release management, testing and modern delivery practices.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis and solution definition for Commodities Options technology initiatives.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional, technical and system specifications.
• Drive end-to-end technology delivery across multiple workstreams and components.
• Own design documentation and ensure alignment with business and architecture.
• Coordinate SIT, release validation and production rollout activities.
• Collaborate with business users, risk management, operations and technology across regions.
• Identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate resolution activities.
• Support platform enhancements and strategic technology initiatives.
