Qualifications

• Strong communicator, fluent in English (written/spoken).

Responsibilities

• Optimize Supply-Demand Balance using driver incentives, user promotions, pricing strategies, and performance reviews.
• Data-Driven Decision Making by analyzing large datasets and designing experiments (A/B tests) for market campaigns.
• Develop Localized Strategies for driver and user activation/retention with cost-effective budgeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support regional/global projects like market expansions and peak season planning.
