• Proactive problem-solver who seeks ways to do things smarter and faster.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily platform configurations, business logic settings and market initiatives with precision to maintain service levels.
• Monitor operations and ensure market activities and incentives stay within allocated budgets.
• Rigorously review and validate operational data to prevent live platform issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, change logs, and documentation for clear tracking.
• Experiment with AI tools or low-code solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and validate data more efficiently.
• Hold as liaison between Business/Market Growth teams and Tech/Product teams to align requirements with configurations.
