The Platform Growth and Operations team is driving holistic solutions to maximize the efficiency and balance of the marketplace. We are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate, Platform Operations to support the business by combining data insights and local market intelligence to grow the marketplace while ensuring a good user experience through optimizing commercial settings and online platform tactics, and contributing to the product development process while maintaining ongoing dialogue with city operations teams. The role requires wearing many hats, working smart, and iterating quickly.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Supply-Demand Balance: Use driver incentives, user promotions, pricing strategies, and performance reviews to boost transactions, service quality, and user retention while addressing gaps.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze large datasets to create actionable insights, refine performance frameworks, and design experiments (e.g., A/B tests) for market-specific campaigns.
• Develop Localized Strategies: Create and implement tailored strategies for driver and user activation/retention, ensuring cost-effective budget allocation for growth and profitability.
