Job summary

PFH Fintech Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily activities, ensuring smooth, accurate processing and seamless coordination across all front-to-back office tasks.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, review and implement operational procedures to improve service quality, and monitor workflows to ensure timely delivery. • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of operational experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proactive, positive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with internal controls and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written).
