PrimeCredit Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance / Operational Risk professional to help strengthen the bank's risk controls and governance.

The role covers implementing the OR framework, providing guidance on KCSAs and KRIs, and reporting on risk indicators.

Candidates with 2–3 years in compliance or operational risk within financial institutions, fluent in English and Chinese, are invited to apply.

Qualificações

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years in compliance/operational risk or related roles in financial institutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the Company’s Operational Risk Framework is duly implemented.
• Assist in providing advice to functions and business units on KCSAs and KRIs, to ensure that operational risk profile is properly identified, measured and assessed.
• Identify and report control weaknesses, exceptions and inherent risks to management in a timely manner.
• Review operational risk incident reports and liaise with relevant parties to ensure proper mitigation actions are in place.
• Conduct investigations into customer complaints, identify root causes and assist business units in preparing responses.
• Assist to coordinate the Operational Risk Committee (ORC) meeting on a monthly basis, including preparation of agenda and minutes.
• Prepare monthly compliance and OR reports, and update OR related policy and procedures.

Requirements

• University degree holder in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Compliance / Operational Risk Management / Complaint Handling / Internal Audit of Financial Institution, preferably in Consumer Banking / Consumer Finance
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
