Job summary

Tiger Brokers in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned operations professional to build and optimize the central operations system for BD teams across Greater China. You will manage business solution packages, sales materials, and workflow rollout to empower frontline sales teams.

The role requires cross-regional coordination, finance/marketing background, and fluency in English and Mandarin, with Cantonese a plus. The candidate should know the Hong Kong market and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business center / sales operations within securities, wealth management or asset management.
• Experience coordinating cross-team and cross-regional business activities.

Responsibilities

• Build the central operations system: integrate BD workflows, align standards, and drive process optimization across teams.
• BD Support Management: end-to-end support for Greater China BD teams, collating sales materials and rolling out sales workflows.
• Business Growth Collaboration: connect internal and external growth resources and iterate operating mechanisms to support growth in Greater China.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build the central operations system: Integrate operational management workflows of BD teams, unify operational specifications and process standards. Align operational objectives, drive process optimization, and streamline collaboration across teams.
2. BD Support Management: End-to-end support for Greater China BD teams, including management of business solution packages, collating sales materials, rolling out sales workflows and fulfilling other business-side requirements to empower frontline sales teams.
3. Business Growth Collaboration: Connect internal and external growth resources, facilitate process optimization, continuously iterate central operating mechanisms to support business growth across Greater China.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Background in Finance or Marketing is preferred, with solid understanding of financial business logic.
2. 5–8 years of working experience in business center / sales operations within securities, wealth management or asset management industries, with proven experience in cross-team and cross-regional business coordination.
3. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Cantonese speaking ability is a plus.
4. Familiar with the Hong Kong market and experienced in cross-regional collaboration.
