Job summary

Hong Kong Executive Search is seeking an HR Operations leader to collaborate with business leaders across Greater China, shaping and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

The role focuses on complex employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, data-driven planning, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR Operations exposure in financial services environment, with Mainland China office preferable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of HR Operations exposurein financial services environment, with a coverage of Mainland China office preferable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while keeping relevant stakeholders up to date on his/her work.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects/timelines simultaneously.
