• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of fund administration, custody operations, and outsourced service models.
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, lean environment.
• Strong operational coordination, execution, and follow-through capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination with fund administrators, custodians, and third-party service providers.
• Act as the key operational contact for investment teams, ensuring efficient handling of operational requests.
• Coordinate with internal corporate functions including IT and corporate services.
• Monitor operational workflows, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
• Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring service quality and issue resolution.
• Lead vendor onboarding processes, including due diligence and documentation.
