China CITIC Bank International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Operational Risk professional to lead the 2nd line of defense on operational risk matters. You will plan, execute, and oversee risk projects, develop policies and tools, and ensure risk data accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires extensive experience in risk management within financial institutions, with leadership capabilities and fluent English and Chinese communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related fields.
• ECF-ORM qualification beneficial.
• 10–12 years of experience in audit, internal control, operational risk or information security in financial institutions.
• At least 2–4 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in enhancing risk management frameworks and controls.
• Good communication, independence and English/Chinese skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the 2nd line of defense in operational risk across the bank.
• Plan and execute risk projects leveraging people, data, and processes.
• Develop and maintain risk policies, guidelines and tools.
• Implement tools like RCSA, KRI reporting, and IRS.
