Job summary

• Knowledge of risk and control management concepts
• Experience with risk management frameworks and RCSA processes
• Familiarity with Basel/ HKMA/ regulators and private banking contexts

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, measure, mitigate and monitor operational risk in assigned areas.
• Partner with business line managers to implement risk and control frameworks.
• Support annual internal control planning and thematic testing.
• Coordinate Risk and Control Self-Assessment reviews and define mitigation actions.
• Review incidents and customer complaints with regulatory considerations and drive root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Monitor loss events and KRIs, and support governance and policy reviews.
• Develop and deliver risk training to enhance control quality and compliance.
