Ebury Partners Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Onboarding Analyst in a hybrid Hong Kong office. The role focuses on end-to-end CDD/EDD for corporate clients, with decision-making authority for high-risk cases and a path across two senior levels.

You will ensure Right First Time quality, manage a personal onboarding queue, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with Front Office and Compliance teams.

Qualifikationen

• Level 1: 3+ years of specialized experience conducting CDD/EDD with corporate clients.
• Level 2: 4+ years of specialized experience conducting CDD/EDD with corporate clients.
• Advanced knowledge of complex entity onboarding and regulatory/ documentation problem solving.
• Strong critical thinking and accountability in fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Conduct CDD/EDD for a diverse range of corporate clients with focus on complex ownership structures.
• Ensure submissions meet compliance standards and Right First Time (RFT).
• Identify red flags and escalate high-risk findings to Compliance/Senior Management.
• Provide 4-eye checks and mentorship for Level 2 staff; support onboarding journey and Front Office queries.
• Collaborate with teams on training delivery and process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and act as subject-matter expert in meetings as required.
