Job summary

Ebury is hiring a (Senior) KYC Onboarding Analyst for our Hong Kong office. You will own end-to-end corporate onboarding, conducting CDD/EDD, applying risk-based decision making, and ensuring Right First Time quality while protecting the company's reputation.

Working in a hybrid setup (4 days in office, 1 day remote), you will mentor junior analysts, perform 4-eye checks, liaise with Front Office, and contribute to process improvements as you advance through Senior Analyst levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CDD/EDD experience with corporate clients
• Experience in financial crime risk assessment and onboarding
• Strong analytical and regulatory problem-solving
• Ability to perform 4-eye checks and mentorship (Level 2)
• Proactive, independent worker with quality focus

Responsibilities

• Conduct CDD/EDD for corporate clients with complex ownership
• Ensure Right First Time outputs and quality standards
• Identify red flags in payments, FX and institutional space
• Perform 4-eye checks and mentor junior analysts
• Support onboarding journey and front office liaison
