Job summary

Delken Group Limited's client in Hong Kong is seeking a Credit Operations Officer (Credit Division) in Central. The role focuses on credit administration, loan drawdown, rollover, redemption, and related document handling.

You will prepare facility letters, review borrower statements, manage collateral, oversee loan documentation, monitor credit limits, and coordinate with internal and external parties for collections and repossessions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in credit operations in a banking environment, mortgage financing preferred.
• Proficient in loan documentation and dealing with solicitors.

Responsibilities

• Process credit administration tasks including loan drawdown, rollover, and redemption.
• Prepare and review facility letters, confirmations, and borrower statements.

Credit Operations Officer (Credit Division)

Credit Operations Officer (Credit Division)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for credit administration processing such as loan drawdown, rollover, redemption, etc.
• Prepare/review facility letters, confirmations and statements to borrowers
• Review, manage and safe-keep all collateral and securities documents
• Handle account opening and loan documentations
• Monitor borrower’s credit limits and prepare reports to Management
• Liaise internally and externally when performing collection/repossession

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in credit operations gained in commercial/retail banking environment, proficiency in mortgage financing is preferable
• Proficiency in loan documentations and experience in dealing with solicitors
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and independent
• Attention to details, proactive and very organized
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Access
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
