Job summary

United Asia Finance Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Officer, Loan Processing to manage loan documents and administration throughout the lifecycle. You will liaise with internal teams and external parties, ensure timely processing, and support post-drawdown activities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 8 years’ loan processing experience, strong knowledge of procedures and regulatory requirements, and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 8 years’ experience in loan processing and credit administration.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures and relevant legal requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer loan documents with accuracy throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for smooth operations.
• Handle post-drawdown follow-ups and liaise with stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality customer service focused on responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Maintain loan data and prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Monitor and follow up on loan repayments.
• Perform general administrative duties and support ad hoc projects.
