Contribute to the formulation of the Institution's long-term development roadmap for mainland China.
Take charge of rolling out associated projects, campaigns, and cooperative schemes, coordinating with various internal departments to meet institutional targets.
Organise and support high-profile visits, delegations, and dialogue sessions between government bodies, academic institutions, and research organisations.
Foster sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships that bridge mainland China and Hong Kong.
Oversee and expand the Institution's presence across six key hubs, including Beijing and Shanghai.
Create and sustain vibrant platforms that encourage scholarly interaction, technological innovation, and entrepreneurial activities.
Tap into mainland-based alumni communities and student associations to advance the Institution's research and development agenda.
Direct digital content strategies to broadcast the Institution's achievements through compelling, multimedia storytelling.
Strengthen Hong Kong's standing as a premier global destination for higher education through targeted outreach.
Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the Vice-President (Academic Affairs), their nominees, or senior institutional leadership.
Brings at least 15 years of relevant administrative and managerial experience, with a minimum of 10 years in senior-level roles within large-scale organisations.
Demonstrated networks and familiarity with mainland China's education or related sectors are essential.
Possesses sharp strategic foresight and the ability to design and execute long-term plans in line with institutional ambitions.
Shows strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving capabilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-moving, cross-cultural setting.
Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and energising multidisciplinary teams to achieve high performance.
Displays a forward-thinking, self-starting attitude with a clear focus on measurable outcomes.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese (mandatory fluency in Putonghua).
