Job summary

PrimeCredit Ltd is seeking a Senior Officer, Business Development (Insurance) in Hong Kong to drive end-to-end project work, product launches, and campaigns. You will collaborate with insurers, vendors, CTG affiliates and internal teams to meet timelines and business targets.

The role requires 2+ years in insurance, plus strong Excel/data reporting skills and multilingual communication. A licensed rep in general and long-term insurance is preferred, with potential for Assistant Manager for more

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience; project management and business development preferred.
• Licensed Technical Representative of General and Long-Term Insurance preferable.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin; strong communication skills.
• Excel skills for data analytics and reporting.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business projects (system enhancements, product/platform launches, campaigns) to support insurance growth.
• Execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal departments and external partners to meet timelines and targets.
• Conduct business analysis and generate management reports to provide sales insights.
• Maintain day-to-day operations, records, progress logs, financial reconciliations, procurement, and general admin for the department.
• Support new business acquisition and customer service follow-up to drive growth.

Assist in managing and coordinating end-to-end business projects (system enhancements, products / platform launches, marketing campaigns) to support and drive insurance business growth

Execute strategic initiatives and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners (Insurers, vendors, CTG affiliates) to ensure project timelines and overall business targets are met on time

Conduct business analysis and leverage data to generate comprehensive management reports, providing insights that directly elevate sales performance

Ensure operational excellence by monitoring day-to-day business operations, accurately maintaining records and progress logs in the system, managing financial reconciliations, handling procurement, and providing general administrative support to the Department

Support new business acquisition and perform customer service follow-up, contributing directly to the overall growth and success of the team

Requirements

Higher Diploma or University Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

At least 2 years of relevant working experience in insurance industry, with experience in project management and business development is preferred

Qualification of Licensed Technical Representative of both General Business and Long-Term Business in Insurance is preferable

Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Skills in Microsoft Excel for data analytics and reporting

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
