Job summary

Delken Group Limited invites a capable Assistant Manager / Senior Officer to join a leading General & Life Insurance Company in Hong Kong. You will support distribution channels, help design products, and manage development projects to meet regulatory and market needs.

The role requires 4+ years in life insurance product development/marketing, strong PM and presentation skills, and fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred). Strong teamwork and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate or above in a related discipline (Business Admin/Marketing/Statistics/Actuarial).
• Qualifications in insurance (e.g., LOMA, CFA) are a plus.
• 4+ years in product development/marketing in life insurance.
• Proactive, self-motivated with results-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, independent working style and good PM skills.
• Excellent written/spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.

Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (Product Management)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for distribution channels in achieving business goals;
• Participate in product and proposition design, focusing on customer needs and balancing various stakeholders' viewpoints;
• Support delivery of product initiatives and manage product projects according to requirements and product development standards;
• Manage and coordinate product development process by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensure quality and efficient deliverables;
• Monitor and follow up product project plan deliverables including early notification of problems and risk mitigation strategies;
• Assist to formulate and execute product strategy and communications to channels
• Undertake post implementation reviews and ongoing tracking on products' competitiveness;
• Prepare submission and obtain approval of product materials for regulatory review;
• Assist in any ad hoc projects / marketing campaigns and provide support to other teams as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate or above, preferably in Business Administration / Marketing / Statistics / Actuarial or related discipline;
• Insurance industry professional qualifications (e.g. LOMA, CFA etc.) is an advantage;
• 4 years+working experience in product development and marketing in life insurance industry;
• Proactive and self-motivated in driving for results and continuously improved performance;
• Attentive to details, independent and good project management, able to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills;
• Strong team work and build constructive professional relationship with different stakeholders and distribution channels;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and preferably Putonghua;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
