Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent.
• Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in insurance / banking / wealth management.
• Experience in distribution support or front-line sales is preferable.
• Preferably with work background in life insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor in rolling out learning and development initiatives to meet productivity goals and selling professionalism.
• Monitor business performance and provide timely reports to PRUVenture associates to achieve targets.
• Deliver learning and development programs through classroom, virtual, and recorded formats.
• Assist in identifying opportunities by reviewing data and trends to support PRUVenture recruitment.
• Support agency/Company events and any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
