Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced network support professional to assist senior technical staff in managing switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related network infrastructure across multiple sites.

The role covers Internet, Intranet, LAN and WAN support across data centres and buildings, with responsibilities including updating documentation and records, and providing end-user network support for daily operations.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects.
At least 5 years' experience in trouble-shooting for systems and network problems.
Solid Experience in supporting firewalls, load balancers, and VPN gateways is an advantage.
Experience working in public sector or large enterprise environments is an advantage.
Experience in supporting Cisco/Huawei/H3C routing and switching, preferable with related certification such as CCNA / CCNP / HCIA / HCIP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for senior technical staff to manage multiple-brand switches, firewalls, VPNs and any other network infrastructure.
Technical support for Internet, Intranet, LAN and WAN across multiple data centres and buildings.
Provide technical support for network infrastructure across multiple sites and buildings.
Update documentation, procedures, and records timely.
Provide network support services to end users for daily operation.
