• Manage the WAN/LAN for all HK Offices while collaborating with the external service provider to guarantee the services meet the SLA level, including site migration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance.
• Ensure that the IT Network infrastructure meets compliance and security standards.
• Support in the setup of IT Network Infrastructure and network integration for new office setups.
• Work with the Group network team to define network design and standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure in a large organization.
• Solid experience in network administration including Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, Load Balancers, SD‑WAN and Firewalls in a multi‑vendor environment such as Cisco, Checkpoint, F5 and others.
• With banking or Insurance sectors and vendor management experience are recommended.
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP is preferred, but not a must.
• Cloud Networking/Platform experience is a plus.
