Responsibilities

• Perform network and network security administration and provide comprehensive support for daily Business-As-Us-ual (BAU) operations.
• Participate in network infrastructure projects and the deployment of network security solutions, including technical coordination and stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors to execute assigned tasks on schedule and ensure seamless daily operations.
• Provide Tier-2 on-call support outside of standard office hours to assist operators and resolve escalated technical issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in networking, routing, and switching (e.g., Cisco and Huawei).
• Proficient in managing and supporting firewall solutions (e.g., CheckPoint, Palo Alto, and Fortinet).
• Experience with Network Management Systems (NMS) such as SolarWinds, Cisco PI, Huawei eSight, and Splunk.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business‑As‑Us‑ual (BAU) operations; additional project management experience is a distinct advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSE, NSE7, or PMP are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with network automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
