Job summary

Nityo Infotech is seeking an experienced professional for L3 network security operations in Hong Kong. The role requires a strong hands-on background in advanced security operations, with a focus on banking/regulatory environments and high-availability systems.

The candidate will troubleshoot complex, multi-domain issues, coordinate with engineers and vendors, and ensure robust incident/change management practices in production networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on L3 network security operations
• 8-10 years total experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Data Center technologies (including ACI)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-domain issues under pressure in a customer‑facing environment
• Proven support experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments
• Good knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in high-availability, mission-critical systems
• Clear communication with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience in L3 network security operations for 5+ years
• Overall experience of 8-10 years
• Strong hands‑on experience on Cisco Data Center technologies (including ACI)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi‑domain issues under pressure in customer facing environment
• Proven support experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments
• Good Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in high‑availability, mission‑critical systems
• Clear communication with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders

Technical Expertise (Mandatory)

• Advanced enterprise routing and switching. (Catalyst and Nexus Switching)
• Cisco Enterprise, Router and switches. (Cisco routing ISR and ASR)
• FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer in production banking environments
• H3C switches and Arista Switches (nice to have)
