Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a VP, Relationship Manager (NBFI) in Hong Kong to develop and manage a portfolio of non-bank financial institutions, including asset managers, securities firms, insurers, and family offices.

You will originate new business, deepen relationships, and drive revenue through I&I products such as fixed income, structured products, funds, and insurance solutions, coordinating with Product, Treasury, Credit and Risk teams. Fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 4 years of relevant banking/financial services experience with exposure to NBFI or institutional clients.
• Strong knowledge of investment and insurance products with cross-selling experience.
• Established NBFI client network and track record in relationship development.
• Strong commercial acumen, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of NBFI clients, including asset managers, securities firms, insurance companies, family offices and other financial institutions.
• Originate new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships by identifying clients' financing, investment and liquidity management needs.
• Drive revenue through a broad range of I&I products, including fixed income, structured products, investment funds and insurance solutions.
• Work closely with Product, Treasury, Credit and Risk teams to structure and deliver tailored financial solutions to institutional clients.
• Manage the full relationship lifecycle, including client onboarding, KYC, credit coordination, product execution and ongoing relationship management.
• Achieve assigned revenue, AUM and client acquisition targets, while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
