Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Relationship Manager to support the distribution of fixed income products and wealth management solutions. You will engage institutional investors, private banks, family offices, and UHNW clients, and contribute to a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and regular follow-up.

The role requires deep knowledge of fixed income, FX instruments, and yield enhancement strategies, with the ability to present complex structures

Qualifications

Experience in asset management distribution / fixed income / FX / structured products / private banking sales.
Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to explain complex strategies clearly and compliantly.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance/Economics/Business; regulatory knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Build client relationships with institutional investors, private banks, family offices, and HNW/UHNW clients.
Drive AUM growth through proactive outreach, meetings, and disciplined follow-up.
Manage a trackable sales pipeline and provide regular pipeline/market updates.
Present product structure, return drivers, key risks, liquidity, and fees in a compliant manner.
Coordinate investor materials and support roadshows/events (HK & Singapore).
Monitor FX/rates markets and translate insights into investor-ready messaging.
Develop regional distribution strategy, lead/coaching, and partner engagement for senior roles.
Success metrics include number/quality of meetings, pipeline tracking, and fundraising progress.
