Job summary

Ocean Park Hong Kong is seeking a senior Visual Designer to lead development of IP characters, key visuals, and multimedia assets for an immersive branding program. You will design IP style guides, character systems, and production-ready files for print, digital, and licensed products, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet high standards and tight timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
• 3+ years of character design or IP development.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), multimedia assets creation;
• Ability to prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and manufacturing.
• Familiarity with, or strong interest in exploring, Al creative tools such as GPT-4o, Magnific, image-generation, video-generation, and Al retouching tools.
• Demonstrated ability to develop character systems, expressions, poses, and consistent visual language across multiple formats.
• Skilled in maintaining strict IP rules, proportions, and brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Project management skills with attention to detail.
• Able to handle fast-paced timelines, evolving deliverables, and high-volume creative output with strong ownership.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese & English.
