Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets including 2D illustrations, vector graphics, layouts, social media content, and campaign materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Develop digital content across formats: static graphics, simple animations, motion graphics, short-form videos for social media, campaigns, websites and events.
• Collaborate with Creative, Account Servicing and Production teams to brainstorm and develop engaging visual concepts.
• Create simple motion graphics and assist with basic audio when required; apply AI-assisted workflows to enhance output and speed up production.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and formats to ensure relevant visuals and storytelling.

Multimedia Designer / Senior Multimedia Designer (Creative Agency)

We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and tech-savvy Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic creative team in Hong Kong. For candidates with more experience, we will also consider the position of Senior Multimedia Designer.

Beyond design skills, we are looking for a true team player — someone responsible, positive, curious, and ready to brainstorm, collaborate, and have fun with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality visual assets, including 2D illustrations, vector graphics, key visuals, layouts, social media content, presentation visuals, and campaign materials, primarily using Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Multimedia Content Creation

Develop digital content across different formats, including static graphics, simple animations, motion graphics, short-form videos, and other multimedia assets for social media, campaigns, websites, and events.

Creative Brainstorming

Work closely with colleagues from different departments, including Creative, Account Servicing, and Production teams, to develop fresh ideas, campaign concepts, and engaging visual solutions.

Motion Graphics & Audio Support

Create simple animations and motion graphics for digital platforms. Occasionally support simple voice-over recordings or audio-related production when required by the project.

AI-Assisted Workflow

Explore and apply the latest AI tools and technologies to enhance creative output, speed up workflows, generate visual directions, and support day-to-day design production.

Trend & Social Media Awareness

Stay up to date with current social media trends, digital formats, content styles, and audience behaviours to create relevant and engaging visual content.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years (or above) of relevant experience in multimedia design, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Design & Art Sense: Exceptional art sense with highly proficient illustration skills in Adobe Illustrator.
• Tech-Savvy & AI-Ready: Highly adaptable and willing to test new tools to solve problems efficiently. Must be comfortable combining traditional Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) with modern Generative AI platforms (Gemini, Poe, etc.) to speed up workflows.
• Social Media Native: A strong pulse on current social media trends, formats, and digital user behaviors.
• Creative Mindset: Highly innovative with a passion for trying new visual styles and storytelling methods.
• Organized & Accountable: Work with a strong sense of responsibility. You are well-organized, communicative, and always keep the team updated on your progress.
