Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation is seeking a lead visual designer to shape IP characters, key visuals (KV), and multimedia assets across print and digital platforms.

You will create and maintain IP style guides, character systems, and design rules, while coordinating with internal teams and licensees to ensure consistent brand language and high-quality outputs on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
• 3+ years of character design or IP development.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and manufacturing.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools and content generation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop character systems and consistent visual language.

Job description

Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and industry best practices in branding, character IP and licensing.

Illustrators with strong character development skills and experience will also be considered.

Requirements

Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.

3+ years of character design or IP development.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), multimedia assets creation;

Ability to prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and manufacturing.

Familiarity with, or strong interest in exploring, Al creative tools such as GPT-4o, Magnific, image-generation, video-generation, and Al retouching tools.

Demonstrated ability to develop character systems, expressions, poses, and consistent visual language across multiple formats.

Skilled in maintaining strict IP rules, proportions, and brand guidelines across all outputs.

Project management skills with attention to detail.

Able to handle fast-paced timelines, evolving deliverables, and high-volume creative output with strong ownership.

Good communication skills in both Chinese & English.
