Job summary

Sun Life Financial, Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a Relationship Manager to lead MPF client management and maintain strong relationships with employer accounts. You will drive retention, member engagement and business growth while supporting MPF and eMPF operations.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio, cross-selling opportunities, presenting to clients and coordinating with HR and senior leaders. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive approach with strong risk awareness.
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Solid project management and coordination capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MPF, pension or employee benefits.
• IIQE Papers 1, 3 and 4 required.
• Full proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of MPF employer accounts
• Build trusted relationships with employer HR contacts and senior management
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and business development opportunities
• Drive client retention through proactive account monitoring and engagement
• Support clients on eMPF platform operations and related matters
• Deliver professional presentations and facilitate client discussions and engagement activities
