Job summary

中合置業有限公司 is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead E&M cost monitoring, tendering, procurement and contract administration for large-scale residential projects in a QS consultancy or property development setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Quantity Surveying (or related) and at least 8 years of Quantity Surveying experience, specifically with MEP/E&M exposure; MHKIS is preferred. Strong English, Cantonese and Putonghua skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, MEP or related discipline.
• 8 years related experience in quantity surveying, preferably with local experience in large scale residential projects in QS consultancy or property developer.
• Experience from MEP QS background; well versed with electrical and mechanical (E&M) work.
• Professional qualification of MHKIS (QS).
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team to provide quantity surveying services for E&M works cost monitoring/control, tendering, procurement and contract administration.
• Design checking for E&M tender drawings and documents prepared by project department/external consultants.
• Monitor post contract administration including checking of payment valuation and cost estimates of variation works.
• Conduct vetting of final accounts.
• Assemble, collate and administer project cost data and assist preparation of annual budget in all E&M aspects.
