Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant QS working experience required.
• Experience in E&M (especially in MVAC) or Design & Build projects is advantageous.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Job description

• Responsible for providing contract administration services for pre and post contract
• Perform cost estimation, cost control, detailed cost analysis and budgeting
• Support, review, and ensure accurate estimates of project pricing and costs to maintain competitive pricing
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, main contractors & sub-contractors
• Evaluate variation orders, checking payment claims and final accounts settlement
• Conduct regular reporting on project status and maintain necessary records

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction / Building Services or other related engineering discipline
• 1+ years' of relevant QS working experience
• Previous experience on E&M (especially in MVAC) or Design & Build projects would be an advantage
• Proficiency in using MS Office application
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self‑motivated, a good team player with strong interpersonal skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
