Job summary

Crown Sky Engineering Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services Project Manager to lead end-to-end MEP coordination for commercial and industrial projects, from conception through completion.

You will coordinate with clients, main contractors and subcontractors, review drawings and specifications, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local codes while guiding design reviews, progress updates and site inspections.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in building services project management.
• Strong understanding of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Electrical experience is preferable.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of building services from conception to completion and serve as the central point of contact for all MEP coordination.
• Provide complete building services engineering support by coordinating and inspecting the work of domestic and nominated subcontractors.
• Manage and coordinate building services for Additions & Alterations (A&A), and complex renovation works.
• Act as the key liaison between clients, main contractors, specialist suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review critical project documentation, including engineering drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Attend and contribute to design meetings, progress updates, and site inspections.
