Job summary

Rectrix Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Project Manager - MEP Engineering (Client-side) to lead strategic delivery of complex engineering projects. You will oversee planning, design, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating with consultants and contractors to resolve issues and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

The role requires 10+ years in MEP engineering, a CEng or equivalent, and strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in MEP engineering.
Chartered Professional Engineer (CEng) or equivalent qualification.
Experience with modular construction (MIC) and pre-fabrication is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of MEP engineering projects, including planning, design, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve project issues.
Review and approve design deliverables, technical reports, and construction documentation.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong, capable engineering workforce.
Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
