Job summary

Carat Hong Kong, part of Dentsu, is seeking a capable media planner to join our team. You will work closely with a supervisor to develop strategic and integrated media planning and recommendations, support campaign execution, and monitor from briefing to post-buy.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or above, 2 years of relevant experience, good PC skills, and fluent English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus), with a keen eye for data insights.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in any discipline, major in Marketing or Media would be an advantage, with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good PC skill, and proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to build relationship internally and externally.
• Ability to cope with pressure and manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment as an active team player.
• Passionate in media innovation and data insights.
• Self-learner, strong attention to detail and being numerate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis and regular reports and deduce actions from learnings and insights to achieve campaign KPI.
• Work closely with the external media partners and media vendors to ensure the best price is offered to the client through effective negotiation.
• Learn to become client's first point of contact and handle the day-to-day management of the accounts.
• Utilizing various propriety planning tools to generate learning and insight from data.
• Learn and adapt to the evolving media landscape in Hong Kong on an ongoing basis.
