Job summary

HKU School of Innovation seeks a Senior Technical Officer to maintain the prototyping workshop, support teaching and research, and assist students in developing innovative projects. Qualifications

• Relevant higher diploma or bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in robotics, electronics or embedded systems programming in C or Python.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools including 3D printers and laser cutters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the School’s prototyping workshop and equipment.
• Support teaching, research and prototyping activities for project-based courses.
• Conduct workshops and assist students in developing innovative projects.
• Provide technical support for daily operations of the School.
